Hyper Impulse: Bricks & Balls · Daarael Games · Version 3 · Published 19 October 2026 · In effect from 26 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to data when you play Hyper Impulse: Bricks & Balls ("the Game"), published by Daarael Games, the trading name of Vadym Tymyrivskyi, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described below, except where we say that Google is. You can reach us at daaraelgames@gmail.com; we will give our postal address on request, without delay.

The short version

We do not ask you for your name, email, or any account. Your game progress is saved on your device (and, if you use it, in Android's own backup to your Google account), not on a server of ours. Data leaves your phone in two ways: automatically, to the Google services built into the Game and described below — one of them, analytics, works for us; and only if you choose to, when you write to us. We do not sell personal data.

What reaches us directly

Nothing automatically. The Game has no sign-up, no login and no server of our own. Your progress, settings, purchases and collected items are stored locally on your device. The analytics described in "Google services in the Game" is collected and held by Google for us, and we see it only in Google's reports, which do not show your name or contact details.

If you write to us

The Game's Send Feedback button opens your own email app with a message to us that already contains the Game's version, your device model and your Android version, so that we can understand a problem without asking you for them. Nothing is sent until you press send, and you can delete those lines first. When you do write to us, we receive your email address, those technical details and whatever you choose to include. We use them only to read and answer your message and to fix the problem you report, and we keep them only for as long as that takes and for any follow-up — then we delete them. We never add you to a mailing list and never share your message with anyone.

Google services in the Game

The Game includes three Google services. They collect data automatically while the Game runs:

Why the data is used

We do not use the data for any other purpose, and we do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. The only automated selection is the one Google makes when it chooses which ad to show (see "Personalised ads").

Legal basis. Where the law asks for one, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing, funding and improving the free Game and in answering you. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and personalised ads rely on your consent instead (see "Information for specific countries").

Whose data, and where it comes from. The data is about players of the Game and people who write to us. It comes from your device, through the Google services in the Game, and from the emails you send. We do not process sensitive data, such as data about health, religion, political opinions, biometrics or precise location.

Do you have to provide any data?

No law or contract requires you to give us anything. Writing to us is entirely your choice; if you do not, we simply cannot answer you. The data collected by Google's services is part of how the free Game is provided. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland all of it is collected whenever the Game runs. Inside them, if you refuse in the consent form, analytics stays off and ads are not personalised, but Google still receives the data it needs to show and count non-personalised ads. The only way to avoid it entirely is not to use the Game. You can always limit personalised ads (see below); doing so does not change anything in the Game.

Where the data goes

The data the Game collects automatically goes to Google. For advertising, Google may in turn share data with advertisers and other ad technology companies, under its own policies (see "Google services in the Game"). Details of the transfer to Google:

An email you send us is held in our email account, provided by Google, and is not passed to anyone else.

Personalised ads

Ads in the Game may be personalised: Google may choose them using your device's advertising identifier and your activity in other apps and websites, to show ads that are more likely to interest you. This has no effect on the Game itself. You can limit it:

In Brazil, ads in the Game are not personalised, whatever your age. When the Game recognises Brazil — on your phone, from the country of your SIM card or of the mobile network your phone is connected to or, if your phone knows neither, from its language and region settings — it asks Google, in every ad request, to treat the request as coming from a teenager. This turns off personalised ads and remarketing (ads based on your earlier visits to an advertiser's app or website) and applies Google's ad protections for teenagers. The Game does not send that country anywhere; Google receives only the request for this treatment.

Identifiers on your device

Google's services in the Game use identifiers stored on your device: the advertising identifier (used by AdMob and by Firebase) and an app instance identifier (used by Firebase). Ads are displayed by Google and may use cookies or similar technologies inside the ad itself. You can reset or delete the advertising identifier as described above; the app instance identifier is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Do Not Track

The Game does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because Android apps do not receive them. Google, as the third party in the Game, may collect data about your activity over time and across different apps and websites; the ways to limit this are listed in "Personalised ads".

Purchases

If you buy something in the Game, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card details. The Game only learns that a purchase was completed, so that it can grant what you bought; analytics also records the purchase and its price (see "Google services in the Game").

Children

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. Its target audience on Google Play is set to 13 and over, and it is not tagged for child-directed treatment in Google AdMob. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the Game, write to us at the address below and we will help you have it removed by the service that holds it. A parent or guardian can exercise a child's rights under this policy on the child's behalf.

Backups by Android

Android can back up apps' data to your Google account and restore it when you reinstall an app or set up a new phone. If this is turned on in your phone's settings, the Game's local data may be included. That backup is stored by Google in your account, not by us; you control it in your phone's backup settings.

How long data is kept, and how it is deleted

We keep no paper records, and no personal data is kept after its period ends for any other reason.

How the data is protected

We hold almost nothing ourselves: the only personal data that reaches us directly is an email you chose to send us, kept in an email account that only we can access. Your saved progress stays on your device and in your own Android backup. Analytics data is held by Google on our behalf, and we see it only in Google's reports. The data handled by Google is protected by Google's own security measures, and it travels over encrypted connections.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights: to know whether we process data about you and to get a copy of it; to have it corrected or completed; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive it in a portable form; to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place; not to be treated differently for using these rights; and to complain to a data protection authority.

How to use them. Write to us at daaraelgames@gmail.com — it is free. Because the Game has no accounts, the only data we can link to you is an email you sent us, so please write from the same address. We will answer without undue delay and within the time limit set by the law that applies to you. Data collected by Google's services is not linked to your name, and we cannot look it up by your email; to delete what the Game has stored:

The person responsible for personal data at Daarael Games is Vadym Tymyrivskyi, daaraelgames@gmail.com.

Information for specific countries

The sections below add what the law of your country requires. Everything above applies to you as well.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Legal bases: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for analytics and for personalised ads — you give or refuse it in the consent form shown when you first open the Game, and if you refuse, analytics stays off; our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for answering emails you send us. Non-personalised ads are shown by Google as an independent controller, under its own legal basis. Data is transferred to the United States and the other countries listed in "Where the data goes", with the safeguards described there. You may complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work (list of EU authorities); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

United States, including California

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. However, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, showing personalised ads counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may opt out of that sharing at any time on your device, as described in "Personalised ads" — the opt-out applies to every app on it. You have the right to know what personal information is collected and to ask for its deletion or correction, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights; see "Your rights". Material changes to this policy are announced as described in "Changes to this policy".

Brazil

Under the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), you have the rights listed in its Article 18: confirmation that data is processed, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or of data processed unlawfully, portability, deletion of data processed with consent, information about who data is shared with, information about the possibility of refusing consent and its consequences, and withdrawal of consent. In place of a data protection officer (encarregado), our communication channel for your requests and for the ANPD is daaraelgames@gmail.com. You may complain to the ANPD.

In Brazil, ads in the Game are not personalised, whatever your age (see "Personalised ads").

Mexico

You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) and revoke your consent by email to the address above; please say which right you are exercising. You have the rights in Article 11 of the KVKK: to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request its correction or deletion and that third parties be notified of this, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
