Terms of Use

Hyper Impulse: Bricks & Balls · Daarael Games · Version 2 · Published 16 October 2026 · In effect from 23 October 2026

By installing or playing Hyper Impulse: Bricks & Balls ("the Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game is published by Daarael Games, the trading name of Vadym Tymyrivskyi, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("we", "us").

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game itself — its code, art, sounds, music and name — remains our property or that of our licensors.

What you may not do

Virtual items

The Game contains virtual currency and items (gems, HyperCoins, balls, skills, boosts). They exist only inside the Game, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Within the limits of the law, we may change their price, availability, balance or effect as the Game is updated.

Your progress and your virtual currency are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data, change device or lose your device, your progress, gems and HyperCoins may be lost, and we cannot restore them. Android may keep a backup of the Game's data in your Google account and return it when you reinstall, but this is a feature of Android, not something we control or guarantee.

Items you bought with real money that last forever — No Ads, Pro Aim and the balls sold for money — stay linked to the Google account you bought them with. They are restored automatically when you install the Game with that account, or with the Restore Purchases button in Settings. One-time bundles restore their permanent part (No Ads and Pro Aim, where included); gems, HyperCoins, skill charges and boosts that came in a purchase are delivered once and are not delivered again.

Purchases and refunds

Paid items are sold through Google Play, which handles every payment. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other countries, Google is the seller; elsewhere we are the seller and Google Play processes the payment for us. Either way, Google's payment and refund terms apply, and the quickest way to ask for a refund is through Google Play. You can also write to us.

Purchases are delivered inside the Game immediately. Beyond Google's refund terms and the rights below, they are not refundable once delivered, to the extent the law permits.

If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a purchase or to get your money back — for example, a cooling-off period for items you have not yet used, a minor's right to cancel a purchase made without a parent's consent, or a remedy for an item that was not delivered or does not work — that right applies in full, and nothing in these terms limits it.

Advertising

The Game shows advertisements, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. Ad content comes from third parties and is not ours; we do not endorse it and are not responsible for what advertisers offer. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game, any of its features or its support for a given device or Android version at any time. We do not promise that the Game will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Age

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Game and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Health warning

The Game contains flashing lights, bright colours and fast-moving effects. A small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to such images, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and seek medical advice if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, or any involuntary movement.

Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress or virtual items, or for damage arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end it if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your own country of residence.

Changes

If these terms change, we publish the new version on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect, with a new version number and the dates it is published and takes effect. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the Game.

Language

These terms may be published in several languages. Where the law of your country gives priority to the version in your language, that version applies; otherwise, if versions differ, the English version applies.
